Sales Executive – Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC)

BrainStorm is currently recruiting successful software sales professionals to lead direct sales efforts in Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) accounts. The SMC segment represents the largest single opportunity for growth at BrainStorm. Responsibilities for the position include:
- Building a professional rapport with existing customer accounts.
- Prospecting for new customers in coordination with corporate marketing and sales development teams.
- Assessing client needs and consulting with them on training solutions to maximize the success of their software purchases.
- Conducting direct sales activities and meeting personal quotas within a dedicated region.
Compensation is base plus commission, with a six-figure earning target. Medical, dental, 401k and other benefits are included. Positions are available in the American Fork, UT main office.
Applicants must have a proven track record of success performing in the Top 10% of their field. A familiarity with software vendor (i.e. Microsoft, Corel, Novell) or IT distributor (i.e. Ingram Micro, Insight) channels is preferred. Heart and soul is a must.
