In the State of New York, education dollars are carefully managed. Budget-savvy administrators needed an on-site, cost-effective solution to train 3,500 users in Novell GroupWise, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Word. Enter BrainStorm, with its easily transported computer labs and expert trainers. Robert C. Multiple BrainStorm trainers worked simultaneously for seven months, training each and every employee at 22 locations.
"At times the training schedule became extremely difficult with coordination of multiple trainers and labs in multiple cities at the same time," said Roche. "In every instance, BrainStorm was able to fulfill their contractual obligations, despite our complexity and sometimes last-minute changes to the schedule."
When the rollout was complete, Roche surveyed his department's achievements using BrainStorm solutions: "Our goals in engaging BrainStorm were to conduct significant amounts of training in a short period of time at the highest level of quality. Every goal was met or surpassed. We are looking to engage BrainStorm in even larger software rollouts in the future."
