Choose the Class and eLive Virtual Desktop Size, then click the Connect button.

NOTE: You will not be able to connect to eLive if you are running through a proxy server. You must be able to bypass the proxy server to successfully connect.

If the Connect button is grayed out, you need to wait until you receive a Security Warning, which will prompt you to install and run “Remote Desktop ActiveX Control”. 

Answer Yes. If you already answered No, press F5 on your keyboard and choose Yes when prompted.

Watch the page-loading indicator at the bottom of the screen.

Upon Completion, you will be asked if you want to install and run “Remote Desktop ActiveX Control”.

Answer Yes.

If you answered No, you will need to refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard, then answer Yes.

Return to the top of this page; choose your Class and eLive Virtual Desktop screen size (the default of Full-Screen is recommended) and click Connect.
