Want the convenience of getting to a file on the desktop, without having to store it there? Here's how to link any file type to any directory in SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10: 1. Right-click the file you wish to create a link for. 2. Select Make Link. 3. Drag and drop the new linked icon to your desktop or another location. 4. Double-click the linked icon to open the file.
