      Every year, PropellerHeads receive $100 in cash to donate to a favorite cause or to someone in need during the holidays.

      Service Days

      Everyone loves paid time off. But at BrainStorm, every PropellerHead also gets 3 days of PTO annually to serve their community.

      The Monthly 50

      Each month, every PropellerHead is allotted $50 to show appreciation, concern, or kindness to a business stakeholder in need. It's #bizlove.
