Automatically enroll customers in targeted experiences

Templates provide a natural way to group similar users across multiple customers. This enables you to easily give specific audiences appropriate content and perform outreach while maintaining account-level management and visibility.

With BrainStorm, each customer gets access to a private portal. Templates create an inherited group within each customers’ private portal, managed by you. As you add your customers’ users, they’re enrolled into learning experiences based on their needs. This gives you a secure way to offer a white glove experience in a scalable way, and target users with meaningful content.

Templates grant permission for a vendor to manage inherited groups in a customers’ private BrainStorm portal. As a vendor, you can add and remove users, pick what content they have access to, and send emails to them. To ensure this process is secure, customers have the ability to approve or reject these groups in their environment. Vendors generally won’t have full access to the private portal for a customer.
