We all have a bucket list item that we’ve been itching to get to. Whether it’s hiking Denali or learning to fly an airplane, we’ve all got something on our screensaver that we want to do someday! But we also have a million reasons why we haven’t done it yet. Life gets busy, travelling can be expensive, who has the time?

The BOOM Campaign is here to put these excuses to rest and make a dent in your bucket list. Every six months, BrainStorm sends one lucky PropellerHead on their adventure of a lifetime. There are endless bucket list items you can submit—here are a few that BrainStorm made a reality.

Made in Ireland: Uniting a Family Oceans Apart

Jim Anderson had always wanted to take his father to Ireland—but not to see the Cliffs of Moher or Medieval castles. Jim’s father was born in Ireland and adopted 9 days later by an American family. He grew up knowing nothing about his parents except for a single name on his birth certificate. Jim, our first BOOM campaign recipient, proposed a goal of helping his father get in touch with his Irish roots. But through a series of fortunate events, Jim and his dad found more than a heritage—they found a family.

ECOLE CHOCOLAT: Adventure Never Tasted So Good

Most bucket list items are adrenaline pumping adventures like skydiving or cliff jumping—this PropellerHead had a different adventure in mind. Jourdan had always wanted to attend culinary school but could never quite find the time or resources to justify it. Fueled by her love of chocolate and a BOOM Campaign sponsorship, Jourdan embarked on a food adventure that took her all the way to the City of Lights.

UPCOMING BOOM CAMPAIGNS: More Adventure in the Making

2018 has two new adventures in store for two lucky PropellerHeads. This year, they include a fly fishing trip to the Patagonia region in South America and a family’s dream vacation to Disney World. Stay tuned for more updates!

Don't let his baby face fool you, "13-year-old Sean" is just an office nickname for this young digital marketer— not his actual age. If Sean isn't listening to a podcast, he's probably telling someone about the podcast he just listened to. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and documenting their adventures on his GoPro.
