Historically, technology training at Plante Moran had been a fast, one-size-fits-all event. By using the BrainStorm platform as a one-stop learning hub, Plante Moran was able to centralize and standardize new hire training while also providing ongoing supporting through a robust learning library.
When users logged in to BrainStorm for the first time, they answered questions about how they worked, applications they were familiar with, and topics they’d like to learn more about. Based on their responses, BrainStorm assigned users content that would help them get started in their new role and enhance their existing skills—including organization-specific content that Plante Moran had created for their users.
In addition to BrainStorm’s content recommendations, Plante Moran was also able to prioritize and assign content that they wanted to make sure their users consumed. Users were given 30-45 days to complete their assigned training, which Plante Moran would be able to track through BrainStorm’s admin dashboards.
